Here's how you can get the URL to your job.
Log in to your Hirecinch account and click on a job that is in the Active tab. If your job is unpublished, you'll need to click the 'publish' button in order to publish it. Once your job is published, a 'copy' button will appear on the top of your screen. Click it and the URL to your job application will be copied to your clipboard.
